+ Where are you located?
We are based in Greater London and spend the best part of our our time working in our custom built studio spaces, between Rickmansworth and St Albans. The majority of our work comes from London clientele, however due to our flexible working policy, we are pleased to have worked with clients worldwide and have a portable studio that we can set up at your location if required.
+ What is your availability?
As we are a small team we can be more flexible with our time. We ensure we always schedule in reserve time to allow for those last minute projects! We aim to work in with your schedule and can be available 7 days a week if needed. To avoid disappointment please let us know your desired shoot dates as soon as possible, contact us to find out current and up-to-date availability.
+ What are your turnaround times?
Compared to our competitors, we find that the services we provide offer fast turnaround, as standard. However, if you have a tight deadline you need to work towards, we can often accommodate for this and can discuss your options for our quicker turnaround services.
+ When and How do I pay for your services?
We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer satisfaction and are confident in the quality of our service. That is why we do not ask for any payment for our services until you are 100% happy with the work we produce for you.
+ How do you price your services?
As we are a small business, every client is important to us and every project is treated uniquely. Each quote factors in the time needed and complexity of the project, we encourage discussions with clients during this stage so we can tailor our service to your specific needs. Our aim is to work out the best plan of action that fits around your designated budget.
+ Is your pricing all inclusive?
As our services are all tailored, we ensure that our quotes include everything you need to meet your requirements. This makes our quotes completely inclusive.
+ What kind of products do you specialise in?
Our combined expertise spans across a wide range of products and we are ready to take on any project you have. The services we offer range from bespoke ecommerce photography through to move creatively inclined projects, which can include; lookbooks, still life, social media, marketing and campaign photography. + How do you ensure colour accuracy?
All of our equipment is properly calibrated to ensure that your files are correctly colour managed. We also colour match each product by eye in natural light settings to ensure your products are properly depicted to their natural colour tone. All colour corrections are approved by you during the review stages, where any small adjustments you feel are necessary can be requested.
+ What advice and support can you offer?
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager that is specialised in your area of commerce and is at your disposal through the duration of the brief. If you need any guidance at all, we are on hand to help you make creative and practical decisions throughout the shooting, styling and retouching stages. + Do I have to be present during the shoot?
Not at all, most of our clients have busy schedules and rely on our experience and skillset to produce work independently, to the highest standard. We ask you all the relevant questions to make certain you get exactly what you want. To ensure complete satisfaction, we send you samples during the retouching stages for feedback and amendments.
+ Can I send my items to you?
Yes of course! Most of our clients opt for this option. If required, we can advise on reliable courier and postal services, or arrange collection and delivery ourselves when desired at a small additional cost.
+ Does your insurance cover my items?
Like most studios, we ask that clients insure their products under their own policy. However, when handing items, we always wear protective cotton gloves and we take every possible precaution to ensure that your products have the best possible care.
+ What level of retouching do you offer?
As standard, we include basic product retouching and cut-outs, allowing you to pick out any background. However, our expert retouchers can offer a range of services for those of you who need some extra attention on their products. If you also require multiple colour variants of products, we can do this for you as part of the same project, or as a separate brief as and when you release new colourways.
+ When will the images be ready?
Turnaround is dependant on the time needed and complexity of the project. Once we we have assessed your needs and built your brief, we will agree a project deadline with you. If you require a fast turnaround please do let us know and we’ll be more than happy to discuss suitable options with you.
+ What file size and image format do you offer?
If you require your images to be a certain size or format, please do let us know during consultation and we can achieve this for you. For your ease, we also provide folders containing multiple file types for a small addition. We shoot all our work on a professional DSLR system with a full-frame sensor to achieve high-res images and use the best post production software available to ensure no detail is lost at any stage.
+ How will you deliver the final images to me?
For ease and speed, we use WeTransfer Plus to deliver your final images. Once work is completed, we will provide you with a preview sheet containing your final images for you to check and request amendments, if needed. Once you are happy with the images, we will supply you with an invoice you can pay via bank card or bank transfer. As soon as we receive payment your secure download link will be emailed directly to you and will be available to use for multiple downloads for up to four weeks.
